This year’s John Grundy Competition winner, Amy Chang, has been auditioning for further musical study with higher education providers. The Academy congratulates her on offers from York, Sheffield and Royal Holloway University as well as the offer of a scholarship from Trinity College.
Previous student ambassador at SMA, Elliot Bailey, received offers from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and Trinity College London.
Amy has now accepted an offer to study musicat Oxford University. Elliot has accepted an offer to study at the Royal Northern College in Manchester.
