Frances Clement trained in London with Eileen Rowe and went on to study with Danielle Salamon at the University of Sheffield. In 1978 she gained a diploma from The Royal Academy of Music (LRAM teacher’s), and in 1979 BMus(hons) from the University of Sheffield. She was awarded the Mrs Stewart Blake BMus prize.
She has 30 years of experience as a teacher and accompanist, and has taught all ages and ability levels. She teaches privately and as a piano teacher at King Edward VII School.
